    Drove a 5 spd regular cab with a sub box behind the seat for almost 4 years.... and it wouldn't be either of your choices...

    Not Enough.
    Three of them no longer do inspections for the public due to finding better jobs at better shops (i.e. government stuff). One of the others I know just inspected my truck and probably didn't say shit about my LED pods because "you didn't have those on here when we looked at it", but they did check everything else... somewhat. I generally never brought any of my friends any real junk to inspect because I know what's at stake if you get caught, and I didn't want to be the one responsible for that.

    I used to... I'll have to dig up a picture of it one day.

    I was actually thinking about selling the Scion I have and doing the same. I still haven't even tagged it. It's still sitting in the yard, and needs 5th gear replaced. I truthfully don't have any interest in it, because the more I keep thinking about it, the less I really want to drive it every day. I think I'm about to just toss it for cheap and start shopping for a 4 banger 2wd pickup for daily use.
