I'm going to do a feeler thread like the other guy did to get an idea of what I need to order in Flexfits to do the GB. I can order any size but the XXL Flexfits in my catalog only come in one style. The one above is a Air mesh type hat that's not really see through. The XXL only come in the regular style flexfit hat.

I prefer to use my own hats because I can order more if they get messed up with a bad stitch or something. If it's a customers hat then I may not be able to get that one from my supplier.

I have to have the new machine in my possession before I do anything. I'm not going to have a GB go to shit because I have people's money and still waiting on a machine to make them with. When I set a date for shipping I'm going to make that date. Not ruin my rep because I jumped the gun on something.

My neighbor had a screen printing thing and he was experimenting with making shirts. I was gonna get a hold of Bob about making TW shirts but the damn guy sold all of his shit to make them with!

 

I may just go with 6277's because I won't have to keep up with different style's that way. It just depends.

I have everything to do them except the dryer. I doubt I'd get into that though because this keeps me busy enough already.

 

Not to mention when you start ordering a bunch of different shit it starts getting a bigger chance of them fucking up the order.

On the Trump hats I made they changed the size of the hats between orders. That was all kinds of fun. I ended up with a corner full of fucked up hats sitting there. Luckily I had ordered extra's.
