Did the Radiator core support bushings today, also disassembled the console lid and pulled off the rubber cover to put some VHB double sided tape under it as it had a nice bubble forming from my tree trunk of an arm laying on it for the past year. No pics of the taco however I have been "Cleaning" the wifes 1995 Isuzu fuel tank for the last week or so and I have to say I am very impressed with vinegar as a rust killer lol. The tank had a broken vent line and apparently it had been that way for a while before we purchased as the entire tank inside was covered in rust including the sending unit, fuel pump (which was rusted so bad it locked up), fuel pump cage/pickup assembly were all rusted beyond belief. I started looking for a tank and could not source one so I then googled and found many videos on cleaning rust with Vinegar. I had never heard of it and figured what the hell, its worth the $1.50 a gallon to try it. Bought 3 gallons and let the tank sit for a few days, it did the job so well it loosened up everything on the top of the tank too. I then got a chain and rolled it around in the tank for about 10 minutes or so to knock everything loose. Its sitting for a "rinse" cycle in fresh vinegar while I locate the proper tap to redo 3 screws that busted off the sending unit during removal.

Thanks, I think that is pretty much standard practice. I've had almost spacers on several of my vehicles.

Its a funny coincidence that you mention that, considering your user name. The only vehicle I've had a wheel fall off of was my first car when I was 16 years old. It was a 1972 Volkswagen Beetle. That car didn't even have spacers.

The timing of it was pretty funny. I was actually on my way to a parts house to pick up a new set of wheels. About 1/4 mile from my destination I started hearing this clunking noise. I turned into a Burger King parking lot to investigate and suddenly the right rear wheel came off.

I was only moving at 5 MPH when it happened, but the wheel still took off and landed about 50 yards away. One of my highscool buddies was in the passenger seat and we were laughing our asses off because it could have been a really bad situation, if we were on the freeway or something.

The hubcap was still on the wheel and all 4 lug bolts were still inside the hubcap. We jacked the car up, put the wheel back on and we were on our way. We still laugh about that day over 25 years later.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane, @beetlevegas

Do you know where I can order a light bar switch but for the center consol switch below the stereo? They are shorter and square and that's the only place I can install a new button switch since the OR I have took up all the switches on the left control panel..

Probably not. I'd be open to one, but from what I'm seeing, 4runners are quite a bit cheaper.
I really appreciate the offer, but I'm not quite ready to buy just yet. Gotta save up some more doll hairs. Thanks for looking out though!
