Every time I take a corner hard to the right or turn right at any kind of speed I sometimes hear a "yelp" coming from the front end. Any ideas?

Can't be wheel bearings. Just replaced both fronts. Tires don't rub, unless it's possible the drivers side is squeaking on the cab mount. I am clearing 285s pretty easily though.
