1st time on TW forum

I've owned two 4runners(04's) and just bought my first Tacoma. 14 TDR Off Road with extra cab and 4.0 v6. At various times my son's have owned 1st gen 4 runner, 1st gen taco and a Tundra. I have often read the toyota forum threads for advice on maintenance and mods to our vehicles and decided it was time to sign up. I really liked the 4 runners and put close to 350k on each. Switched to the Tacoma as I really only need two seats and it will be easier to haul my stuff and will pull a boat on occasion. Off road will be on farmland and logging trails in the lake country north of Toronto. First to-do's will be changing all fluids as I bought my truck used with 46,000 kms and want a clean start. Will be looking for some help with oil choices and such.

just so you know, if you put an "@" symbol in front of the persons user name, it tags them in the post and they get notified, like this @murdawg

yes sir! just like that I get an alert haha

another way to reply to one post out of many is to hit the little blue "quote" button on the bottom right hand side of that particular post. it will then appear at the bottom of the page where you type your reply. the person whom wrote the post to which you are replying will get a notification that you quoted their post. and will look like this.

if you wish to reply to them in a private message then, over on the left hand side under their picture, you click on "start a conversation"
