Funny you should request that, I just drew it up like 10 minutes ago.. I'll be posting all the designs I drew up today shortly. And you can still get in on an autobot for this batch i'm cutting. I'm planning on cutting them tomorrow or friday

 

I would like an autobot emblem! for realz! what do i need to do?

 

For those of you with last minute orders for this batch, shoot an email to metalmillerorders@gmail.com with the following.

1- TW username
2- Your name
3- Design you would like
4- 1st gen oval, 2nd gen oval, or stand alone(no oval- usually for aftermarket grills)
5- Shipping address
6- Preferred payment method...i.e. paypal, check, money order

Once I have that, I'll send you the info to complete the order.

 

When you get that on the grille pleaseeee post a pic!!!

Will do. Gonna be a while though. By the time he makes it, ships it to me and then getting it chromed. All we got to do is keep him from playing in the puddles on the machine!

So this was my experience with the custom emblem:
After taking the emblem out of the mail packaging this is how it looked:


WOW! I was going to take some 0000 steel wool to it, and after a short while, I knew that I could be doing this forever. Fortunately I was able to call a friend who had a sand blaster at his house and that cleaned it up and it was ready for paint. Sorry no pics of it sandblasted.
After 4 coats of Rustoleum "No Rust" Silver Metallic, and 4 coats of clear coat it was time to put it on. Had to wash the truck first!



Oh and I did the old cut the plastic and place it between the emblem and mount

 

Man it looks AWESOME complete and on the truck...but its intimidating that it arrived like that. I dont have access to a sandblaster.
