yea i have a 1 car now... I really dont mind as long as I have a place to pull my truck in to do some maintenance or mods and pull it out again.

but it's crazy how a back yard + a garage (no matter what condition / upgrades your house has) makes it a minimum of $375k

 

my truck wont fit in the garage. I think you saw mine. It has trash cans, a tool box/work bench, and my motorcycle, and thats basically it.

 

I did... at least we have driveways. haha

Damn $300 per month that's high! I'm at $68 per month...

I get....

1. Snow removal
2. Trash pick up
3. Landscaping/Irregation
4. All common area Maintenance
5. Pool/Clubhouse

There are a few other things we get but I don't remember them right now.

Yeah, my HOA is about $123.00 a month.

 

What was the name of this place that has these high fees?

 

Its usually been busy in the morning, and dead in the afternoon.

nice... i usually do lunch around 11-11:30... fortunately, I dont have to leave my desk and I rarely ever see or speak to my boss haha

 

when working 8am-8pm, 2:45pm is about the middle of the day for me. I dont have to leave my desk, but Id like to get out and see daylight. I am in a room with no windows.

My boss and coworker on my team, are in Denver, so I never see them! There are others in the room that I am in, so its not like prison.

 

haha that's strangely accurate for my job as well.... we are Headquartered in Westminster, CO.... I work in a spot w/ no windows... and I have to walk a couple times a day to see the sun. haha

 

Okay I just checked out the costs and its $236 for the smaller units and $276 for the large one. Even know that's still kind of high it does include water/sewer/landscaping/irrigation/trash/All amenities/All insurance requirements and exterior home building structural issues like roofs etc....

 

sometimes with a Condo, you will have HOA and Condo fees. Also keep an eye out for Townhouse Condos. Usually a townhouse that is 4 stories. A stacked townhouse/condo

 

yep. not going to pay that AND a 400k mortgage. haha

I know it sounds strange, but other than my Tacoma, I am extremely frugal with my money and we only "buy" based off of my income and when my wife goes back to work, her money is strictly "fun" money.
