27 degrees... 5.5 short of the cruiser i recovered in the same situation.

As with that one, only one improperly placed tree on the uphill side. Soft sand, sketchy trail..

And for those wondering, Yankee Hill trail near the columbine campground has its mud puddles, quite a few sections of packed ice, including the first climbs.

In other news, the Yankee Hill parking lot is being closed by the county due to noise complaints (ohv's).

In other other news, the forest service is working on a new lot closer to the campground.

    Question for @thefatkid
I have a leak in my AC from last fall.
I know where the leak is, it's a failed O-ring.

I figured out last night that Toyota has there own idea on how to size them.

I'm going to the dealer today to pick one up or order them in...

Question is...is there a specific way to install the O-ring, does in need lubed, with what, or is it a dry install.
Are there any tricks to ensure it goes in correctly and doesn't leak, or is it just that simple to install and tighten it down like any other O-ring seal?

It's the connection right in the front, driver side, just off the accumulator? or condenser? not sure of the name. Round beer can sized thing with a tiny window in the top.

    a 2nd on ToyTech.

Maybe we can set up a group wheel up there (Salida area) and knock out the lift too? But probably looking at July for snow to clear.

Metric o-rings, you can find them aftermarket. They need to be lubed prior to install typically with A/C system oil to prevent contamination. Seat the fitting completely prior to torquing.

I'll try Rocky Mountain Supply first for the Metric ring, thanks for that info, wasn't sure if it could be sourced aftermarket.
And I have a rag soaked in AC oil after discovering the leak, so should be good there. :)
    Thanks dude!

Took me monthsssssss to have enough Toyotas. They can be challenging to find. Kept purchasing a 5 pack for 1 of the 4 I didn't have, and needed for the picture frame lol.

Are they attached to the frame so you can hang it? Or just sitting on it?
