Your truck have a bunch of miles on it or just to much aftermarket shiz? Either way sucks. I know the master mechanic over at Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff his name is Rick Curley. I could send you his number he has his own shop that he runs on the side as well. Knows everything there is to know about toyotas and he also gets OEM parts from Toyota at cost because he works for Toyota. If not maybe just go to Findlay and ask for him in particular.

Out of curiosity how much did you spend on the coils? Same ones you would use if you weren't super charged? Got a link?

I had a pretty good steering wheel shake last month coming home from Tucson in my Tacoma so I swapped the front wheels/tires to the back and vice-versa. Tires are Cooper S/T size 255/85R16 on Method Doublestandard wheels.

Found a good pound of dried mud on the back side of the rear wheels which I washed off during the swap. The fronts had been on the front for about 10k miles and are worn goofy (inside worn down but no cupping). I have not driven is since, but hope it has less vibration.

If it still has the shakes then four new shoes will go on a set of freshly powder-coated 1st gen alloy wheels.

At the TW meet that ended at Butcher Jones there was a guy with a LS-2 motor in a 2nd gen Tacoma. Real nice conversion, looked like it was born in there! And it sounded great without being loud.

Jeeeesus, that is massive. ^ 8 rear tires! The exhaust stacks, that is the clincher! Just think of the chicks you could troll in that rig! (350 and 400 pounders need loving too!)
