    Well, fuck.
It's actually leaking from right here. Straightes crack I've ever seen. almost like the electroweld didn't get completed.

Figured this out after 2 cans of R134A, all 4 O-rings and a whole lot of swearing. Neighbor across the street actually shut their window. But fuck that neighbor.
Funny thing is it doesn't gap or spread when I try to flex it, more like just a pinhole leak from that location.

How much pressure do these systems actually generate under full load?
I'm gonna try a nice liberal amount of JB Weld, let it cure for a few days, sand it down just enough to let the nut sit down and go for it.
The O-rings are actually fine and not leaking.

Confirmed that my renter's insurance covers wild fires and still covers the bike without an additional rider.

That is a high side line. 250 to 300 psi when it is hot outside. Have a friend with a TIG?

So, as I'm dicking around with this thing, I'm noticing the really crappy routing job of this upper line, almost like it was forgotten and somebody said fuck it, this is good enough for a paying customer.

Yesterday, I was wondering what accessory line this clip was for. It wasn't holding anything, but the AC condenser line was running near it but not quite inline with it. I think it was intended to hold the damn line in place. Correct me if I'm wrong, anybody.\

Then I notice this, why all the funny bends?

I think the last guy who did my timing belt, Bob Schleppy, forgot this line, and rather than remove this vertical support and stick the fucking thing back behind it, he bent the son of a bitch and passed it through this space, which is high pressure aluminum AC line rubbing against steel vertical hood support. Goddamn fucking asshole.

Thank gods it's monday and $2 beer night. fts.
You can see what played out here in a rush to fleece my ass.

Now I'm old, I get it, but I'm pretty sure the line on the other side was meant to run straight across to that particular lonely clip.

I noticed yesterday, but didn't give it much thought, that the cracked line was under a bit of tension when I undid the stuff to remove it.
