I've never actually had a flood happen where I live. I live too far from the rivers and on a rather large hill.

I think I posted this somewhere, but we're switching ownership of all our rental property into my wifes name first then mine due to my health. We thought all the I's were dotted and tee's crossed. Our accountant had to finish the "business" taxes so she could get to our personal. A giant red flag popped up that required we sit down with the accountant and our attorney. The ONLY time they could do it in the next couple weeks was Saturday morning. So....No trip to LBL. We sat there and listened to legalese crap for 4 hours, then signed our names and left.

So....I'm trying to get a 1 day or 2 day wheelin' trip planned in the next couple weekends. Probably the 1st or MAYBE the 8th of April. It won't be as epic as LBL.....

 

It floods just about every time it rains there. Grew up in that shit.

 

Busy day... still time to make a meme.
