No worries hermano. Just looked. The grill and headlight trim looks better blacked out for sure on your tank. Great looking taco.

Damn, hopefully your surgery went well. Back surgery is nothing to mess around with.

    improved toyota goodness.
I personally like black better looks more rugged/ less mall crawler to me- although properly done color match can look decent depending what style you are going for...
also because I used to paint houses so any -even super minimal- color difference throws my OCD into overdrive... on mine I have left it chrome because I know it wont peel off with a power-washer and is very easy to clean... just my $0.02.

I know this may not be the right thread to post in but this gets a lot of traffic so... my gauges have been acting funny lately. The temp will bounce, then be normal for days. And just this past weekend the fuel gauge now reads up beyond the full line.

So I guess my question is, could it be an electrical problem or maybe the gas tank float? Has anyone had this issue as well? Any helpful input is appreciated!

Jury is still out. Ordered some corner lights with black trim. Might go black, see how it looks, and decide from there.

The grounds for the gauges are on the intake plenum, sounds like they've gone loose.

I was terrified about what was under mine and I'm really the only one that rides in it.

Put some in-channel AVS rain guards in today. Liking them a lot! Only paid $35 on ebay with free shipping from a private seller and they were brand new in the package! Sures beats paying retail which is $60 :bananadance:

***Edit*** forgot to mention I got rock sliders welded on Saturday too!!!!
