I just did some measuring the other day and I think a short, wide IC will fit inside the grill if you satoshi it, and you might have to mount it slightly forward or do some trimming of other things. 24-26" wide x 6" tall I think will fit. On my truck there is a tone of stuff in the way on the driver side so if you could find an IC with both ports on the same side I think that would really help. In short, it's a very custom job and the best way to tackle it is with a sawzall!

So have you made any concrete decisions yet about what you're going to do?

IMG_5458.jpg I would really appreciate opinions on the best way to redo the wastegate dump tube. I have the 90 on the downpipe, flex pipe, 45 and some straight

If you haven't bought the ebay oil feed/return yet, look into some earls / russell fittings from summit. I got about 2 years out of my ebay oil feed and return. Pretty big difference in the quality for only a little bit more.

Great idea with this thread!! Seems like there's so many turbo conversations going on all over the forum, this will be a great place to consolidate them.

I barely saw this now and its already 4 pages deep! Effin awesome!

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but With that e85 you should be able to advance your timing a decent amount. That usually gives significant power increases. Like 50hp range from what if seen.

The hose is a bit thin and the fittings are a bit loose tolerance wise on the oil drain side. If you start dripping oil like a harley, then you know it is time. I did pull the turbo in and out a few times over the years just the clean under the hood.

I'm curious about this as well. I've been looking into plate bumpers but I've just been guessing at the amount of space that's available in the back of the winch area. How tall and wide is that area on your shrockworks? From looking at pics of the relentless DIY, an IC like this one may fit.
    http://m.ebay.com/itm/New-Aluminum-...7-X5-5-X2-5-/142147001420?nav=WATCHING_ACTIVE

Idk how a winch install would affect that.
