It would be almost impossible to know without looking at the alternator to find the part number on it. The cases look the same.

On the V6 trucks the 130A one is part number 27060-0P020 and the regular ones are 100A (27060-0P030) or 90A (27060-0P010). That was true of 2nd gen and I'm fairly certain those are still the current part numbers.

The other stuff, oil cooler, AT cooler, etc are easier to verify by sight.

PM me your VIN, I can try and check TIS to see what it came with. I have a day left on it!

And you went about it the right way by posting up. Could check with a dealer and have them run your VIN.

I took a picture this morning of the "cooler" in my truck which has the tow package from the factory. I don't know if the cooler pictured is the oil cooler or the transmission fluid cooler (or both). I would guess it's transmission fluid. This black colored cooler is mounted on the driver side in front of the radiator.

That is an engine oil cooler. I have the same thing in my truck, and since I have a MT, it is definitely not a trans cooler.

I would go a step further and request a copy of the original window sticker or whatever it is called these days. I keep them on all of the vehicles I buy. Last 2 the dealer provided a full size laminated version.

Do you have an automatic transmission? I think that's the transmission cooler.

I have the factory tow package (TRD Offroad) with a stick shift. I don't have that extra radiator in front of my A/C condenser.

I have the oil cooler. This on a 1GR-FE 4.0L V6, it's the part under the oil filter with the two hoses. That routes coolant under the oil filter to regulate the oil temperature.

    IMG_1372_mid.jpg

On the 2GR-FKS 3.5L the oil filter is down low and the cooler sits on the back of it. It routes coolant from the top of the radiator and returns it into the thermostat housing.

    I also have the 27010-0P020 (130A) alternator.

Exactly. Wouldn't hurt to check for the tranny cooler behind radiator as well, looks like a small radiator.

I looked up the part number for my alternator and the small cooler in front of the radiator. Answer is that if you have the transmission cooler, 130Amp Alternator, receiver hitch, and a 7 pin Connector then you have the full tow package. I thought I didn’t have the tow package on my work truck because the older models actually had a tow mode button but it turns out I do.
