I just went to http://www.jacksautoaz.com/ and they can align anything! I just had installed 5100's at 2.5" and took it to Jack's. He said that the reason the dealers and the other shops can't get them into spec is because they don't have the data in their computer. Alignments are about all this shop does, old school on a turntables with hand tools. He said that I still have plenty of adjustment left with my stock UCA's.

That's just up the street from where I work now! I wish I would have known that when I got my last alignment.

I used them. I had them set my alignment after I lifted, and then I went to a buddys shop, and thru it on the rack. The alignment was fucked up. Camber was .9*, Caster was .6* Right, and .4* left. I took it back, and they re did it. Caster on the left was changed to .5*, everything else was the same.

On a lifted vehicle, not many. Most shops set it to "Spec" which is what the manufactures give them for an OEM vehicle. "Specs" change when lifting. And the alignments Jacks do, are all pretty much "Eye ball" jobs. They use string, a level, and a tape measure to do the alignment. I would rather have the truck on a lazer rack, and get it precise.

I have used Jack's on 43rd ave. many times over the years.
Sometimes I have had to go back to get things re adjusted.
Overall I end up going there because I kind of know what I am getting.

I would really like to find a high tech alignment shop that will work with you and not just say " I can only do what the factory specs out "

Where can I get a quality job with all the computer readouts ect?

Putting on the new UCA's next week and need someone to dial it in.

So long as they know Chris is with you or recommended you...

I've taken vehicles into them before, with my parents and by myself and every time I went in there alone I wasn't treated well and I wasn't impressed with the quality of work done on my '94 V6 pick up. I paid over $450 to have them "fix it" and when I get it back all they did was replace a MAF sensor and the truck still ran like crap. All they could say is we can't tell you what's wrong. I spent a couple hours on the internet and tracked down my problem and fixed it for $35. I guess I was just stupid kid back then...Needless to say I wouldn't ever take another vehicle back into them. Seems like they have two faces they show to customers. :notsure:
