Yes, but Not exactly. It's held in place by little plastic tabs that aren't removable without breaking them. If you break them, you can't reattach the inner to the grill. The tabs are part of the grille, come through the inner, and are bent over holding it all together.

I took a Dremel and cut enough of the tabs so that I could remove the inner, but left enough so that they will still protrude through. When i reassemble it, I'll use JB weld to reform the part of the tab I cut off.

At least that's my plan. It looks like it's going to work. I'll report back if it turns out to be a fail. Ha ha.

Nah. I think I'm going to like this just fine. Plus, bumper ate my play funds. I'm
In this less than $50 including the new corner lights, paint, primer, and clear.

Ah okay that's what I thought. I originally cut my inner right and left parts off but jb-welded them back on because the billet grill didn't come out enough behind it.

Anyone who has de-badged their truck...

Can you see where the emblem used to be? Like, where the paint has faded around it for the last 17 years.

Mine is pretty faded, wherever my decals have been scratched off is still dark.

This has crossed my mind. I would say that's more a problem for darker colors. Not much contrast between white and faded white. You'd probably have to look at it at just the right angle to see it. I'd say silver is about the same.

Are they upside down? I thought I read somewhere the cylinder should be up. I could be wrong.

EDIT: Read it in Redline's instructions: cylinder up.
