    anyone preorder the big squeeze and received it yet? if so when did you order it? I preordered since feb 3rd. It pisses me off looking at the site and it shows in stock when i never received my preorder.

    If you ordered it with the bundle it might be the vent rings that are holding things up. We've got a bunch going out today and tomorrow though, so a lot of the backlog will be shipping. If you don't get a shipping notification by the end of day tomorrow email Adrienne at mission-support@hondogarage.com and she can give you an ETA.

    We don't have anything workable yet. I'm on prototype 3 and the two big issues are a lack of surface area for clamping that doesn't crack the plastic, and the fact that the plastic is painted and scratches really easily.

    The vent mount is solid, I have two now. I just installed the big tablet one. It's driving me crazy with the noise i get from it over bumps. The sound seems to be coming from the big squeeze. I switched it from my 3rd vent to 2nd vent and still get the noise. I followed the directions on your site is there something I'm doing wrong?

    The noise could be the slide rattling. If you get the noise when a tablet is mounted, try giving it a few more clicks to tighten it up. When there's no tablet mounted it's best to close the slide fully and tighten it to itself. If it's not the slide rattling then send us an email and we'll get it figured out.
