Wait, she is ready to potty train, right? They've been encouraging Ben at daycare because his best friend is doing it, and now J is making noise that we should do it soon, and I'm like what, when we're moving?

Then I started having these visions

She was telling us when she went poop or pee. Which is like.. the sign for potty training that it can begin because she's realizing she needs to go/just went.

But she never used her potty, and then I think she stopped telling us or at least as often.

Also I seriously laughed my ass off that pic.

 

We potty trained my boy in a weekend. Just slapped some undies on and let him piss his pants. Peepee pants aren't very comfy. He learned quick

We did this wth both kids.

You guys make me want kids less and less with every post lol

 

He was doing the tell you about it before, during, or after but would fight using the actual crapper. You will love no diapers, it's amazing! But I know #2 is chasing you down

 

You're gonna need someone to wipe your ass someday...

 

We didn't want both in diapers at the same time if at all possible.

How old were your guys' kids when you did this?

Did they know to use the potty or just know when they were gonna take a dump? I will tell mama about this.

 

Hmmm. We keep hearing about the weekend without any pants method. Gotta say, I think I prefer a some-pants method.

I didn't read it but my wife kicked it out of the park. We did both our kids in a weekend. Basically 0 to 100.

Huston was about 2.5 and understood the concept. His first poops in the toilet scared the shit back in him. Literally he was terrified and didn't poop (at all) for a few days
