Took my truck to be aligned, and magically I now have to change an ITRE. So that's my project for later today when my part gets in.

    Exactly.
Cylinder up, rod down. They actually work better that way too.

As was stated, yours are upside down.

Also, why does your manifold look like it was painted?

Sadly that's what they look like in a state where they don't salt and spread piss all over the road. I'm going to hit mine and the valve covers with Aluma Blast paint when I do the valve cover gaskets this summer.

Sound proofing question, I want to do it this weekend have to replace heater core so it already half way apart. Has anyone tried painting bed liner on the floors and then putting the sound dampening cloth down ? Just a thought. Also what's the cheapest material to use that still works good ?

Do you have any rust on the floor pans? If yes, I would use some sort of rust converting coating, like POR15. If no rust, than any of the bed liner materials would work good.

Hope that's all it is and not your rack. Had my alignment shop tell me my inners where bad, went to do it and they were perfectly fine. it was the rack that had the play in it.

IMO, 10" wheels are way too wide for 11.50 tires. Bad idea.

I checked it, checked everything before trusting their diagnosis. Just got my 555 Sankei ITRE.

I got mine not too long ago with the groupbuy, looks like a pain to install. I had to stop by Harbor Freight to pick up a riveter. Haven't tackled this beast yet. Anyone have experience with installing these struts?
