    Thanks for sharing, I have a 1inch block, wonder if I need the spacers. I'd like to close up the space for contact as well. Mind sharing how much you paid?

    So it looks like there is no difference between the 610-40 and 610-47 other than the capacity and ride quality (maybe). Both kits will work for tacomas. I'm I correct ?

    Both kits work for the tacoma but the 47 is intended for tundras

    Firestones can be deflated to 5psi and are adjustable upwards for more support as needed. Sumo springs are not adjustable so they're always stiff and will harshen the ride in the ass end.

    The 610-40 sumo's are really soft, I got my hands on a set they are significantly softer than say Wheelers superbumps. I was able to compress the spring around 25% with just my hands. Kinda like a stiff nerf football.

    Pretty certain I have the tundra sumos, or the 47s. They're black in color unlike the blue I see most people running. Bought mine used so Im not certain.

    They're not any stiffer than I remember stock being.

    Yes had them on 2003 tacoma and they stiffened the rear end.

    I forgot to add, when I talked with the engineer at SumoSprings, he was surprised that people with stock Tacoma's were reporting added lift in the rear. He told me that they aren't really intended to make contact without a load but should have a small gap which closes up and loads the spring when hauling or towing. He said the unloaded contact would not hurt anything in the long run but could tighten up the ride. I bought the spacers so my gap would be smaller but I don't expect them to make contact all the time.

    The ones I ran did add a very slight lift IIRC.

    Thinking about adding these to my 2017 DCLB OR. Question: will these help with the driver's side lean? Right now, the damn truck leans a little on the driver's side (taco lean) , and if I can kill two birds with one stone by installing these to help with load hauling and to fix the leaning, cool.

    This 'LEAN" I keep hearing about..... it is more promoted by the front end, the rear end, or both?

    Front lift (1/4" adjustment on drivers side) fixes it. For instance on new 3rd gen 6112s installation instructions call for staggering the clips on the valve body to be one notch higher on drivers side. 2nd gen 6112s called for a 1/4" spacer to be installed on the setup to adjust for it.

    It is promoted by battery, gas tank, etc, weight distribution based on design of the vehicle (Where these items are located)

    Maybe I don't experience it cuz I've got so much. Gas that is. Though I keep the dog kennel, tools, and tire chains on the right side.
