What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

The left looks really low. I should take a pick how mine look.

They look tilted horizontally.

 

How's the Bluetooth ?

 

really? I put in a Trd antenna from a random site for 5 dollars and get pretty much the same reception.

 

Here are mine. My driveway is very tilted, much higher on the right side, hence the not level horizon.



Your two stepdowns should be level, two inches below the low part of your headlight and the two step downs should be about 55 inches apart no matter how far or close to a wall.

 

Maybe mine was just crap. It's very possible. I put the stock back because it serves another purpose, height feeler. I go into a lot of garages and they are 6' 3" or less and my truck gets close.

 

I use mine for the exact same thing! Works almost like it was on purpose

Yeah, the driver's side needs to be raised up. Going to try and do it tomorrow night. Was already a bit "late" tonight because I had some work to do to try and get ahead for work tomorrow.

 

I was trying to find pictures but i can't. just drilled holes in the bumper bar itself and did it that way but they make no-drill brackets but can get kind of expensive.

What did it taste like?

 

Brown Santa delivered my replacement rims today. My method standards are pitting after 1 year. 15 minutes on the phone with Discount Tire Direct and boom new rims on the way under warranty. They did not have standards so I opted for double standards. Hopefully get them on Saturday. Thank you method and DTD for your awesome customer service!!

Thats pretty sweet you got new ones.

 

Those are just one rim. Both fronts are doing it. And the backs are showing signs of starting. Definitely going to put some protective coating on the new ones before mounting.

 

Damn, are they asking you to send those back?

 

Had the same thing happen to a couple of my method mesh after a year. I got rid of them.
