Sadly, yeah... :D When I slid really close to hitting the cab, I didn't want to slide back. So I thought I'd let it try and pull me up. And it did.
Which I find funny, cause when I got the offroad I swore it was a gimmick. But in some cases it works quite well.

For sure man, I mean it's one thing for Toyota to release the video of it digging out if the sand to promote it, but it's super cool to see it working in the real world!

My first mod. Starting gently. It's gonna really be hard for me to do anything major to something I paid $41,000 for. It looks better in real life. I'm not a very good iphone photographer. Tomorrow I'll do the sills and glove box. I'm trying to get up the courage to paint my front grill red and black. I really like the pro grill but $500 is way too much for a piece of plastic.

This bed cover is new to me. Haven't seen it posted around here. Which one is it, and how much does it cost? Very functional and built strong.

As someone who doesn't understand, may I please ask what does adding another leaf to the existing ones in the back accomplish? More comfort in ride? Lift? Strength for heavier loads?

Pro Grilles aren't costing $500 anymore. Available from several sources for less the $400. Still expensive and I believe a nice Blackout is best for the price!

While cool air sinks and warm air rises, basically any amount of wind force behind that will rearrange that. That really only applies to still air, not positive-pressure air.

ha ha, I am in your head!! I am actually getting a great deal on the gears, Rem polishing and install through my favorite local offroad shop. As far as I or they know, 4.88 is the only option currently available but also the option that seems to make the most sense for my build..

    BTW, today is Deaver day!

SDHQ hookin' you up again? Man I gotta move to someplace with more offroading. Let me know how the install goes, I'm sure you'll have something on your build thread. Any reason you chose those springs over the OME/Dakars? Are you going to have to extend your brakelines for the install [or have you already?]
