FYI, since there aren't very many options out there for the 2nd gen 5-lug trucks.

Fat Bob's Garage has redesigned their 2.75" spacer lift for the +05 5 lug tacomas. It's still a spacer lift, just uses an aluminium puck instead of the Readylift style spacer. For the rear, there is an option for long or short AAL. Longer Procomp rear shocks are included in the kit as the stock shocks don't have enough range after the lift. The kit doesn't appear when using the pull down menus on their website, but a direct link is below. Price is $229 for the short leaf and $269 for the long leaf.

by the looks of it, the top strut still needs to be rotated. a good kit to lift a 5 lug at a cheap price.

I think you're right about rotating the top of the strut. I think those are the same shocks that you're running.

It'll still be 2.75. I asked them about the longer rear leaf when I found out about the kit. The guy said the longer leaf was for better weight carrying capacity for the bed and was said to offer a better ride than the short leaf.

i beleive i was the first lifted 5 lug to work with FBG on the near identical readylift kit a few years back. we determined at the time that the pro comp es3000 324515 was optimal.
