How do those headlight covers hold up? Can you still see at night? Catch any heat from the police?

    Looks good!!!

Why don't you just keep the Plastidip and forget the paint. Plastidip will hold up for years especially if you use plenty of coats. I usually use about 8 coats of black and then 2 coats of clear to give it a "paint" appearance and keep the black from sun fading.
I've been using PD for years now with great results.

    Cheers!

The combo of 4:88s and the REV-1 transmission update made a world of difference! Gears obviously don't give your truck more torque or HP, but, it did allow the available T & HP to be utilized more effectively...the trans isn't hopping all over the place and it holds the gears much better...Some are reporting significant gains in mpg but I didn't see much in that area...I am running 285/70/17 BFG KM2 Muds and a 3" lift and Leer canopy with CBI Bumpers front and rear so there is a lot of added weight.

All said and done I'm pretty happy with its performance!! A lot of folks are pining for more HP etc...and that would be great if or when that becomes a possibility, but if you're adding tires and lifts and extras, things are going to suffer and gears are the solution. Hope this helps.

You may have said before but was there a reason the reservoir is at that location? I think we're twins. What are your front settings now? and did it settle?

It expands my view quite a bit. A lot better than the stock lights alone.

What rack is that? and what shell do you have? I am getting my shell installed this weekend. Need to start looking into rack options.

Rack is Front Runner and the canopy is an A.R.E. V-Series. If you will eventually get a rack, might as well have A.R.E. install the rails on the canopy (if it's not too late).

That's awesome. Yea that thread has gotten a little slow with the season... I'm hoping it will kick off soon, I myself will start riding again within a few weeks.

Its great, particularly if you are into a lot of things. I do a lot of camping biking and haul my dirtbike. So you can have it up and down for all the different uses. The only thing I think its getting me on, is gas mileage..

Stopped "doing" since I reached the "what now?" point and still no solid solution...
So, with what AAL (brand, type, make, model) I will get 2-2.5" lift in the back? Not really looking forward to replace the whole leaf pack unless ICON comes (soon) with something better than Dakars or OME.
Also, do I need to add the wedge thing between the leaf pack and rear axle to keep the same shaft angle to dif? Where to find those wedges?
