@EricL the grill is just stuck on with double sided tape and a few tabs comes right off. it was one of those really crappy dealer installed accessories like mirror covers and door handles. My 15 had one and it was off the first weekend I owned the truck.

 

Cool. I'm pretty exited about the possibility of getting this truck. The ironic thing is I was originally looking for timberland mica or spruce mica, but the dealer said I couldn't get either in a 2015. This one is a 2014 but I've also since learned that the 2014 and 2015 are almost identical trucks, so it's all good.

 

It's crazy the shit you learn from Tacoma World. lol

 

If this works out I am going to owe @JimboAnz a very tall and very frosty beer.

 

Hey guys- new forum member living in Columbia, SC. Wondering where some good, close spots are out there for offroading and camping. I've done plenty backpacking in the southeast but my offroading/camping has been limited to the west. I've always been pretty underwhelmed with the options here. That might have more to do with my lack of knowledge when it comes to Columbia though. I'd like to test out my Tacoma on some local stuff and see how I'd need to start outfitting it for overnight trips. I'm aware of Gulches but haven't made a trip there yet.

Look around North Georgia, too. I don't have much experience there, but others here like @Daria and @ChamYota do. There's also a couple of us near Gulches that could meet up one afternoon.
