Custom car grills, I didn't want to spend 350 dollars for a new one so I ordered it from there for $109, so far I really like the letters and mesh just gotta check how it fits inside the grill soon!

Ah- realized you're a pre 2012+ . i ordered a grill from custom car grills and it wasn't bent like yours is. Just straight so there's no lip at all and you have to glue it to the outer surround

 

It's been a few days, but I used the Duplicolor aerosol bed liner to coat my N-fab step rails. The original glossy paint was scratched up and looked horrible.

4 coats of bedliner later, they turned out great and the coating seems to be a lot more durable.

 

If you don't want the same problem, don't order oem replacements. I ordered a set of black solid lugs (no cheesy metal cover) from wheelers and couldn't be happier!

Not plastic, chrome...and if they get ragged on constantly with an impact gun by the monkeys rotating your tires, they don't last long. They deform and make it impossible to get a 21 mm socket on them without pounding it on with a hammer and mangling the lug even worse. If the cover gets deformed badly enough, you can remove it and expose the brass color lug underneath and actually get some torque on them. If you want to avoid the problem in the future, order quality lugs like I linked above.

 

Yeah should be pretty to install just got to get the painting done while i have the inner part cut out.

What kind of welder is best for putting together a WIY bumper? Not like brand but Kind like stick or MIG just wondering on your guys input because i see self made bumpers in here. Few guys had some ideas in the technical part of the form.

 

Tinkered with the retro alignment... Would have tinkered with it more but it's fucking cold and windy outside.

No i went with some wannabe retros (spec d tuning single projector, have the look) because i didn't want to shell out the cash for lights just yet, but still harder than shit to align!

 

Much better man! I think you will be much happier with their output with them properly aligned!

How long have you had the spec d ones? They worth it? I don't really have a grand to shell out for a legit retro and have been eyeing them.
