50" Curved Lightbar with Mounts

I just installed my 50" Curved (Radius) Lightbar on my 2015 Tacoma! It is a Cree Lightbar that I bought off of EBay for $75. The best part to it, is that it is the 5D (FishEye) lens. It is a 672 Watt light! I also putcustom Mounting Brackets made by MCM Fabrication here in Las Vegas.

I bought a 50" wire harness from 4 Wheel parts that is made by Rigid Industries that works perfect for the light.

Everything turned out great. My Double Cab Pre-Runner has factory drilled holes for a roof rack which I used to install the brackets whichmade it easier knowing that no cuts had to be made.The pic was taken while in the process of having to cut out some of the weather stripping but eventually I made the cuts later. I am curious if these will work with the factory roof rack installed as well?

 

Is that the wiring I see down the left side of the windshield? If not, how does the wiring get into the cab, or into the engine bay?

 

Either down the windshield or drill a hole in the top of the cab and run it that way with a waterproof connection.

 

I actually ran it down the side of the windshield. I tucked the red one underneath the weather stripping and just rand the black on the outside on top of the weather stripping. The wire fits perfectly down the side and is hardly noticeable.

 

Same here, ran down the windshield. Just put some silicone in it and ran under the cowling into the engine compartment.

I'm really picky and OCD about things when it comes to my truck and this doesn't bother me at all.

 

I dont believe it will work because the brackets are made specifically so that it hangs write along the top o the windshield. I'm sure you could find a way to rig it on there but I would Say no racks or a smaller lightbar
