There are way to many tacos in my area, within 1/4 of my house there are 5-6.

Alright, I guess if you guys are really lonely and desperate, I'll wave back.:D

Funny the OP brought this up. I got waved at 2 or 3 years ago. As he was approaching, he was waving like crazy! So yes, I waved back. Still not sure whether he thought I was someone else. LOL

Lucky... you get to look at all those tacos. People around here drive F-250's with the airhauler mod. I'm sick of those damn things

I'd be waving at every third car around here. The woman waves like a crazy person when we take her Mini though...

I have been a member of jeep clubs for sometime now so I picked this habit up a while ago. Since the day I bought my taco I always wave at other Tacos.

My girlfriend does the same thing, but replace "waves like a crazy person" with "blows other owners". It gets really old and we're always late for stuff.

When driving in the hills I (and most of the "locals") give a little wave as we pass any vehicle. Always easy to spot the people who aren't from Montana. They either ignore you or refuse to share the road causing you to choose between swapping paint or climbing up a tree along side the road. Rarely do I wave to another Tacoma in town. The only time that i can recall acknowledging other Tacomas was one day when i came up to a red light, there was another white '99 to my right and a 2nd gen white Taco straight ahead of me - we sort of just pointed at one another and laughed. What are the chances?

I have been waving for about a year now in the DC area and I get a few back. I am from the south and its a normal thing down there. I mean big deal if I don't get a wave back, what does it hurt? I guess if they start turning there trucks around and chasing me down then maybe ill give it a rest. But untill then you taco owners can expect a wave from me. (white DC sport long bed with black rims yellow fogs and FL plates) and sometimes a cute girl in the passenger seat
    ;)

I'm always on the look out for Tacomas. And if it has the TW sticker I make sure to blow the horn till you notice me. Only done that about 3 times sorry if I scared you.
