Hi Everyone,

This seemed like a good place to post this up. I am selling my 1985 4runner. I am the second owner. This is an original AZ truck, so there is no rust. That being said the dash is cracked, also some interior plastics are cracked. This truck came with the SR5 package. I rebuilt the front axle in 2009, and in 2008 it received a new long block with accessories. I bought the long block from Oregon engine builders which had a very good reputation at that time in the 22re community. It also has an upgraded cam for mid-range power. I am asking $5000 obo .

I also have a couple Land Cruisers for sale. A built 94 with lockers, a 97 with lockers and a 2000. If anyone is interested in any of these please message me and I can get you info.

I got some 3rd Gen leaf Springs with an icon aal if anyone needs a butt lift.. 100$

 

How much lift do the AAL's add?
How much stiffer are they over stock with no load in the bed?

 

About an inch and a half and really not much stiffer at all. Since they are a progressive aal, they aren't nearly as stiff as a single aal.

 

Sounds just right for the amount of lift I want. I'll take them.

they are yours! I'll get them cleaned up this afternoon. What kind of coils are you looking for? I have a spare set of 650# Icon coils sitting in the garage .

 

I'd want a complete coilover set-up. Ideally Kings but am open to whatever.
Prob need rear shocks as well. Wouldn't the OEM's be to short or would they be non-ideal but usable for now?

 

They'd be usable for now but definitely something you'd want to upgrade down the line.

 

Then extended brake lines and so on, lol it never ends .

Still got this stuff.

 

The stock shocks out back would just limit your travel some, but they're not worth much to resale so use em until they leak or you find a smoking deal on some other ones.

 

Will those coils fit coilovers for a first gen by chance?

 

I don't see why they wouldn't. Icons?

 

Yeah extended travel.... I believe the ones I have now are 13" 600lb coils...
