I realize that this has been parsed before and maybe even answered, but after 8 or 9 days of looking through post after post, I relented to just asking the question.

I have a 2010 Prerunner stock as stock can be. 265/70/16 BF's with OR wheels, will I have to run a spacer using the stock setup with the 3" lift.

i dont think you have too if you keep that size tire...but with 33's you will need spacers to clear the UCA's

yes, like mentioned up above, you'll have to run wheel spacers or get new wheels with a different backspacing to clear 33" (285/75/16s)

The biggest tire you can fit on stock wheels with no rubbing on the UCA is a 265/75/16
