interior door plastic... the black upper part.. how do you clean it?

    I think i was transporting something and it touched my upper plastic part of my door because there is this smudge.. this white smudge that won't disappear..

    i tried using SIMPLE GREEN and Rubbing alcohol and it won't disappear.. This smudge didn't eat into the plastic or anything but it just won't disappear.. any solutions on what to use? meguiars? etc.?
