Uly, you missed my point.. I was kidding about the beer.. The point I was trying to make is, if you want to go get MORE beer.. How?? Your tent has to be taken down. It seems like a big pia to take everything down and pack it up just to move the truck. I don't know anyone that drinks in the tent.. (No indoor plumbing:cool:)
I'll be camping in TX this week. (In a tent) (Hope the critters don't get me.)

    I really wish I had a 6-speed. Automatic's are boring.

I just have a simple 05 2WD base single cab :( Its mine though! All these nice trucks, it makes me wish I would have waited another year and got a nice 4X4 V6 or a Pre Runner.

Is it just me, or does anyone else think the access cab is much better looking from the side then the Double cabs?

ya, dbl cab all the way! if there were even a debate about it, it would have to be w/ the doors closed, bc once they are opened and you see that rear shelf...i mean seat, its all over.

Having had both a DC and access cab, I can say that the DC is probably more useful to the majority of people who would purchase a taco. The main thing with the access cab is the doors open backwards and it is awkward when in close quarters like at the grocery store trying to load stuff into the back because the doors get in the way.

If I had it to do over again I would have got the DC / auto even though I prefer manual trans; the auto gets better gas mileage and don't have to put up with the crappy shifting in this manual transmission or the weak clutch. Oh well I will just have to fix that like all the other stuff that had to be fixed so it would be right (radio, suspension, etc.)

Still is an OK truck. Just wish they would sell tacos that were dialed in already. Anyone buying one new better plan on spending at least another 4000 to make it right. Kinda like a harley!?!
