I just got around to watching the Toronto race... I really enjoyed seeing Dungey actually make some passes and move up thru the field! Reed was looking good out there too. I was cracking up at that Ferrandis guy in the 250 main, I was like bro, come on. Lol it made for some entertaining racing though. Bummed to see Savatgy go down though. Osborne has all the momentum now! I'm stoked to see the Daytona track... They're always a cool setup

Drama in Daytona! Dungey was not happy with that one... Awesome to see him blast past Seely right at the end for 4th. And another impressive whiskey throttle flying bike crash for Reed! Lol I fell asleep during the 250 main... Haha

Told you guys that Martin would do well. I didn't exactly call the podium result, but still lol.

    Good race, I enjoyed it.

After this last race I wonder if Roger DeCoster will be discussing "team" strategies?

Once again it appears FS1 decided to change names or something so my DVR didn't record but got to watch the 450 main Sunday morning. Looks like Tomac had the track dialed.

It wasn't playing on FS1 this week. It played on just the Fox local channel. But yea that was an interesting dynamic there with Dungey and Musquin. I'm really hoping to see Dungey bounce back out of this funk he's been in this year. Either way, it's gonna get real interesting in these next few weeks as Tomac edges closer to Dungey's points.

I don't think you can do that to Marv though. I know it sucks for Dungey but if he is going to be the Champion, he needs to be able to run up front. It was pretty obvious that he was actually holding Marvin up. So if RD can't run the pace, he shouldn't be the Champion. Especially when Marv has clearly been faster in a few of the races. I thought Dungey's podium interview was....odd, for lack of a better term.

Overall, I liked the layout. The action wasn't the best we've seen, but it was still a pretty cool track, I thought.

When I was watching it yesterday it appeared Tomac was on the edge of sketchy at times to manage the gap watching his chassis when pushing. Dungy's bike just looked like it missed the set-up honestly, he had his back end trying to swap in the whoops for a few laps while his times were still below Tomac's.

Oh ya, 1 thing I didn't like, maybe you guys noticed.....I thought the lap times seemed even shorter than normal. Like mid 40s? I wish they could be a little longer. Mainly because you have guys getting lapped and being in the way, even in the 5min heat races, let alone the main. It just makes for bad racing. Once a guy gets lapped, he has to look over his shoulder more than they can even focus ahead on their own race, it's just bad all the way around. But 1 more reason why Nationals > Supercross in my opinion.

Ya good point. I was not sure what to make of that either. Because I felt like for awhile Tomac was in cruise control until he had to kick it back up, when Marv was coming. The track wasn't exactly brutal or rough, so not sure why bike set-up seemed tough.

That one right-hander must've had a weird rut in it (where A-Mart and other wrecked or almost wrecked). That corner made everyone look like their set-up was off, but it looked harmless. I couldn't tell what they were all hitting. It looked smooth, but I guess it wasn't lol.

I missed the heats but they kept mentioning that right hander.... The track didn't look terrible, just a typical Indy track 3 or 4 technical straights, toss in a whoops section. The low flying quad seemed to be where Tomac was hauling the mail while watching the gap times. That's one of those tracks if you play it on PS or something the timing of the rhythm sections makes or breaks your lap times.

    Sub'd this shit!

SC every weekend....if you all decide to do am "Official F1 Thread" I'm down as well.

Not going to read the past pages as it prob just race recap and what not. Pulling for Tomac (now that Roczen [spelling?] is out). I also watch M.Stewart, Trey as a dark horse vote. That Martin kid too, like to see him do well.

Finally caught this race. Good race for Tomac. He is flying. Maybe that bike setup is helping him feel confident. Marvin too is fast. Marvin keeps that up, Dungey going to be having a hard time holding his points for the rest of the season.

Tomac is racing strong these past few races. I still think Dungey is going to hold on to win it though, all he needs to do is stay near the top. This season would have been even more epic if Roczen was still in the mix.

Roczen IG page is painful to see those surgery photos. Next year I hope he is back up to speed.

Dungey is only 12 points ahead with 6 races left. It is going to be close.

I was thinking he is looking like poto out there. They know that suspension calculation for those kawis. The less that bike beats you up the better.

That is a pretty rough fall. Hard to say.

IDK, I've been keeping an eye Tomac for a few years now. Seems to me , in the past he had a bit of a confidence problem. Dont get me wrong, dude was up against some serious competion with Bubba, Poto, Dungy, Reed (closer to his prime), not to mention, Ken and Trey were right there too. He had moments when he was hitting on all cylinders, and you could see the pace that he would have if he put a few more things together, mainly in his head.

Hes grown up, hes physically bigger, and its his turn in the spot light for a few years. So goes the circle of SC. Some guys go down, some get handed titles, some race for it. Honestly if he doesn't end this season off with the #1 plate I am going to be SUPER surprised.

Hopefully Roczen will make a strong recovery, and Marvin will step up some to battle him for the title next year, but as it stands RIGHT NOW....hes a one man show...IMHO
