Made some changes.. removed the shell and installed a RCI Bedrack and my Front Runner Outfitters Rack. Now the setup clears my 7-foot garage door so the tent can stay on full time. Also made a few cuts on the Access TonneauSport's frame to fit. The tonneau stayed water tight with a little extra weather stripping.

Working on a way to mount my maxtrax and ordered a new shorter Awning for the back and passenger side.

Planning to ride Pisgah next weekend.

That's a possibility. Need to look at the post and see if it matches up with my schedule.

Did some winter camping with my brother this weekend. Good time just COLD. Ran Richland up and down and some trails in Pisgah.

Ran into a little issue with my RCI diff skid... gotta call and talk to Josh on Tuesday. The pinion guard bracket shifted and contacted my pinion dust shield and bent it. Scared me pretty bad and now I'm concerned to run it... it really never fit well... IDK what the fix it but everything was snug and tight and it just moved after minor rock contact. I'm sure we'll figure something out.

What made you decide to ditch the topper and go with the RCI rack?

The main reason is it allowed me to leave my tent on full time and also can park in a 7-foot garage/deck. Also the tent sits much lower.

I mostly pack with totes so I really haven't noticed any difference in storage space. Also it stays very dry with only minor water intrusion when spraying it with a pressure washer.

I'm also curious on the swap from hard shell to rack. Any chance you could post some pics of the additional weather stripping and the cuts you made to fit the tonneau cover? The only reason I want a shell is for weatherproofing and the ability to lock it. Thanks

A bussmann fuse/relay box would look good in there.

Not sure how many more relays I'd run... what would be the advantage. I only have one relay on my ARB Intensity LEDs.

Anything over 10 amps or just anything you don't want to run power wires through the cab for. Rock lights, light bar, bumper lights, air compressor, water pump, phone chargers, lots of stuff. It's waterproof, cleaner look, relays are housed internally.

So the weather stripping is just a single run of 3/4" marine grade gasket. The tonneau also have some attached from the factory. I've only see water when hitting it with a pressure washer and that's only a small amount.

You can also see the simple cuts. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Haven't updated in awhile. Added a few items.
    1. Hidden ARB dual compressor (between bed liner and fender).

    2. Rhino Rack Dome 1300 awning.
