Aside from the desire to run 37s, you're doing a lot of the same things I'm planning on doing.

How did you install go on those triples? Anything to watch out for?

Yea it definitely does something odd to the spindle.

That said the bolted UCA is like running Heimed uppers. Very handy for you alignment and you can solid mount the lowers which basically means you'll never loose your alignment once you dial it in.

But you have to do it all yourself since no shop will do that for you.

Oh i did once on accident..haha was about a full second of flight time...did not enjoy that..

I have many more things to gusset before i'll launch my truck on a regular basis..

 

It doesn't seem like LT is a necessity for catching air in a Tacoma.

 

I don't get it. People spend thousands to be able to smash their truck into the ground? I always thought it was to go fast. That seems waaaaaaay more fun.

I think it's the LT wannabees that give LT a bad name.

 

started truck just then (after already gone for a drive earlier) it barely gets up to speed. has a crazy missfire under load. idles fine. revs fine with no load. wot with load is fine. quickly cleaned MAF and no change. would tps symptoms be this bad?

 

I farted in my gen 1 this morning. It was nice.
