    That's actually the first I've heard of people sandplasting these guys. It certainly gets it nice and clean for the paint.

    Hey metal, would you be able to do something like the FJ40 emblem across the oval with the letters overrunning the sides of the oval? I was thinking the oval would connect at the first "O" and the second "T" of TOYOTA. And have the "Toyota" narrow enough that it fits between the horizontal members of the grill?

    I don't know if its possible or not buy I'd be interested if it was. I'm not sure how you would need to cut this to connect it, so I'd leave any styling up to you.

    Also, would be interested in seeing the old school Japanese Toyota emblem within the oval.
