For a '99? Very. Truck has done a lot of sitting. But agree with the above. Frame rust inspection is most paramount.

Seems like very low mileage

 

You can hope that if there was an incident that impacted the digital odometer (had to be replaced) that it will be referenced in a carfax report.

As previously mentioned, the other explanation for low mileage is the vehicle was not used for extended periods of time which would show up as the recorded mileage at annual license registrations.

 

They never ask me for my mileage at the yearly registration thing, just for $60 and whether or not I'd like to sign up for one of their fast lane extortion projects.

This is true, its what we experience in Washington but some states do more detailed inspections where vehicle mileage is recorded. Hopefuly the carfax will show any recorded mileages.

 

I only have one more "state inspection" before I can register it as a classic and have it be exempt from emissions testing. Although it passes just fine every two years, but it would be one less hassle. Was gonna register it in Spokane county to avoid it but that was a pain too.

Got the dual battery relay installed and most of the wiring ran.

Cleared the code and it never gave me problems again. I think it was just the constant up and down shift of the auto tranny making the tranny unhappy. I just cruise on inclines now but I have to get back up to the mountains to see if it happens again.

Other than CamelBack, any other good parts sources for OEM? Got my order ready to place but I just wanna price compare.
