Seems to me, since you appear to live on an island the size of the state of Rhode Island, 4k per year might be typical.

hi, it took me long to find one owner low miles and specially NO rust, what i did is I asked them to take it to toyota dealer for Frame inspection, they asked if it pass are u solid buyer, sure !..one failed on 2015 year $18k and then finally the one i got last year passed , couple recalls done then close the deal, It got surface rust but i tuckle it immediatelly, you may check photo album of what i did.

Tint! ~10% on the back and legal on the sides

Hard to tell on the sides, but it is sooo much darker than it was from the inside.

Hasn't yet...it's been 6 months granted it was winter and very snowy one. I think the borla tip that is on there helps keep it cooler than you would think. It's all bolt on since I wasn't sure how safety inspections would go here in Utah. I have some new hangers that I have been waiting for some good weather to weld on and it will pull it over to help accommodate the new spare.

Years ago, on my '84 runner, I had the exhaust pipe re-routed ABOVE the leaf springs, rather than underneath. No pictures though.

Just depends on the POs. I bought my 02 with 55k on the clock. Just so happened that two of the three POs were military and deployed more often than not.

My only worry there was dry seals, but she's been tight as a drum for the last 10k or so, so I'm good there!

I say pick up that beauty if she's good in terms of rust!
