So, I stopped at McD's on the way home for a couple sausages biscuits ... not close to Jimmy Dean's but didn't wanna cook; with a little Evil Evelyn's honey mustard sauce they were tolerable. Naptime, have a great day and stay safe.

Oh yeah, glad @Andy got some rest and won't be dragging ass smelling up the joint. ;)

I did up some breakfast burritos for the wife and I. Haven't made those for a while. I may head to town later and grab some tortillas. There's one store in town that has low-sodium tortillas that are pretty good. They're the small "street taco" sized, so I can have 2 and still be within my daily carb count total with a little room. Using a few drops of coconut oil to warm them keeps the cholesterol intake down and gives them a good texture. Low/warm and they're soft with a little moisture and higher/hotter gives them whatever degree of crunch you prefer.

Keep it up! I'm still hovering at 30 lbs (+/- 3 on any given day) and feel a lot better. I think if I want more results I'd probably have to start on a weight training program to add more muscle and lose more fat. To do that I need to take over one of the empty bedrooms and put the equipment we already own in there...getting too hot to workout in the backyard.

    You're a Veteran right ???

If so go to your local VA and ask about their MOVE program . This is the VA's weight management class and is a 12 week class that's 1.5hrs long ea visit and lots of excellent weight loss advice

What's helped me lose weight easier is drinking those MUSCLE MILK Pro protein drinks its allowing me to lose excessive body fat but more defined muscles . I'm now under 28% BF and trying to get to 25% BF , when I started I was over 31%BF

Yes, I'm retired vet. I really don't want to drive into town and across to the other side after working 10-12 hour days or working 50-60 hour weeks. That's where our VA is. I already own enough exercise equipment to keep me occupied for 15-20 minutes a day and I really don't like going to a gym so I just need my wife to decide which room we want to keep for company and which one gets the speakers, tower fan, the weight bench, the elliptical, the total gym and the inversion table.

I don't use high pressure water. And I've been on top of it since I bought it.

Mine is cleaned regularly by wiping down the dust and have no oil leaks . want to pressure wash my engine but I'm afraid of getting the electrical connections wet or even worse shorting the alternator out

Good afternoon, those naps sound good! Been working in the yard and woods since woke up. Holding in the mid 30's no rain but gray and still wet from the last downpour. What a mess after this winter and lot of downed timber. Didn't want to fire up the chain saw so been using pole saw and hand saws figured could use the exercise. What the hell was I thinking... Some food, coffee and see if I can keep at it. And do the same tomorrow if I can still move. Not exactly helping the sciatic nerve but the rest of my body is thinking about time I did some serious physical labor. Have a good weekend and keep it safe!
