Hangin out with my dad, he's showed me his Companies Prototype for their Power Pack.

Their market is currently developing countries in Africa, specifically government entities, NGOs, schools and hospitals that are off grid.

He's developed a product that takes a solar panel, and in one box, converts 24v solar down to 12v, USB, and 210V (pure sine built into the motherboard) with international plugs allowing users to use a broad range of appliances since most of Africa has global 'handmedowns' if you will.

Talking with him and bringing up the 'overland' lifestyle, He wants me to gauge interest for the market on potentially looking into funding a 110v version that can come in portable or wall-mount unit designs.

Best of all, because their market is underdeveloped countries, their expected unit cost has to remain low, currently going for around 500USD.

    Sweet, original it is.

Parked my truck to play disc golf and it was in the line of fire, well no 2 min later a guy throws and somehow wedges his disc under my windshield seal. Crazy shot that would probably never be duplicated.

Any of your wives crazy like mine? So we are supposed to pick up a train table today for $80. I never saw the picture but my wife said it was cool. On my way to drop my brother off I see a train table for free, so naturally I pick it up and text the wife to cancel the other.

    My table
    IMG_7921.jpg

She shoots it down, says the other is better and we committed to it. I get the commitment but really $80 better? So I pick up the other table because happy wife, miserable broke life....

    Her table...
    IMG_7925.jpg

Smaller, a couple random trains and tracks which we have a ton of. Ugh there goes $80...

So being annoyed and having to buy Coors Light for her family (no offense @Fernando) I decide to treat myself... IMG_7927.jpg

End rant, whisky is kicking in and everything is getting better.

If you DD your truck I'd go 4.88's if it's just wheeling on the weekends 5.29's. But once you get 35's your going to want 37's so go 5.29's :D
