Does premium gas extend life of 3.4L?

    or do what a normal person should do and read the manual. put the gas in it recommends. can't believe we are still having these debates after all the research that has been done.

    that is interesting but we also get different standards in the US. Not saying yes or no but without someone willing to fork over the extra 20-30¢ per gallon for premium for the next 5k miles :notsure:
