I only hit on bumps if I'm sitting perfectly straight up. But I never sit perfectly straight. I'm always hunched over with an arm on the console.

Get one! I just created my Tacoma one last night.

 

I'm ALWAYS leaning against the console because it's the perfect height and it's extremely comfortable. In my mom's RAV4, the console is not quite the right height so I have to sit straight up when I drive. Sooooo uncomfortable....

I drove my wife's car the other day. Out of habit I got in and went to rest my arm on the console. There's no console or arm rest. I just ended up falling over towards the passenger seat lol.
