    Well they say to 'lift with your legs' but if you're like me you tend to do most of your lifting with one leg, lol. If I'm down working on something on the ground, I nearly always stand up the same way, pulling my weight up with the same leg every time. Do it a bunch of times, especially lifting heavy objects, and it's easy to overwork it. I have to make a conscious effort when I'm working to swap legs. :notsure:
