    Ok the locker won't work what so ever today. Tore it al apart and everything looks great....I can visibly see the relay engaging and I can hear it.....actuator ??

    I should test that....I re did everything a little bit ago and same thing....no locker...jacked up the rear and still nothing

    If you put it all back to stock and check your fuses and still no action i would assume its the actuator.

    If you want, put 3v to the outside pins in the row of three on the actuator plug and see if it powers. Just use two d batteries in series.

    image.jpg Put it back to stock and the locker worked right away..must be a faulty relay because the motor was getting no power. I'm going to pick up the radio shack relay this time .

    Did you use 1 of those blue 3m wire splices?
    I've had a lot of trouble with those on the smaller gauge wires.

    yep, i hate the vampire taps, i use the T taps instead AND i get the wire im tapping into split before attaching to it so im sure its making good contact.

    I removed about 1/2" of insulation on the purple wire and twisted the y to it. Had intended to solder it but my soldering iron was broken.


    The relay was clicking when it was on but j guess it wasn't delivering power to the locker. My crimp connectors are all fine because I'm using them right now in "stock" format. The only explanation is the relay, the ground, or the y. The ground and the y are both ok.

    Hopefully I can pick up the new relay soon! Was happy to see that locker light come on!
