    Advice OP was looking for he got. Any truck that was getting 12-14mpg has an issue the dealership would not send him away without diagnosis and fix. I call suspicious post ... just sayin...

    Yes been to the dealership and not happy with service got on the phone and played said man card, now get GREAT treatment. You just have to stand up for what's right and call folks out that don't do their jobs. Don't have to be an asshole about it but you don't have to put your keys in your murse and stomp off disappointed and not helped. $35K gets you service for 36K miles .... demand proper service or go somewhere that will take proper care of you. AKA play your "man card".
