    Oh ya I was looking at Columbia overlands kit but they're sold out and needs modification for the 2.7 I was also gonna diy with blue sea components but that was getting expensive lol I think I'm up to like 800 bucks but that's like all the wiring I need and a couple light bars

    I have a Columbia overland tray and it didn't really fit. The off grid dual tray worked WAYY better in our engine compartment

    Their DIY kit I wanna say was less than $800. I'll have to check. I have a bad habit of blocking expensive purchases out of my memory like a trauma victim lol

    Hahaha hell yes. I'd give Matt a call or email from Off-Grid. He's super helpful and his DIY kit without the tray was around 500 I think. He uses all blue sea components as well

    Holly fucking Christ, if those prices are in usd then I'll have to go the diy route at least that way I'm getting extra wires, loom and light bars/ rock lights out of it

    Yeah but think if the sick fridge freezer and piles of heated blankets you can use with your new bad ass house battery! Definitely helps in the selling of the duals lol

    I've got the fridge, but with the addition of lights and my winch and and and and and.... it's gonna be a bit much for the oem battery lol.. I should probably at least switch it out for an agm in the mean time... I don't think I'll have this setup for this year's series of trips. But I need it for the trips in 2018 well need is strong want lol

    I've been running a group31m batt for almost 3 years now and it's been flawless. I'd eventually like to do duals but for the time being it runs a bunch of lights for camp while setting up and cooking, lights and chargers in the rtt, and the fridge. Truck starts right up every morning (knock on wood). 99% of my trips camp is only one night then on the move during the day then camp again so the battery has all day to recharge. Non overland trips where the truck is setup say Friday night then sits all weekend then packed up Sunday I'll idle the truck for 20 minutes or so each day just to maintain a charge. That's where a dual setup would really help I think. Also been tossing solar around too:anonymous:

    Ya see that's the same for me too... I'd I'm not onto the next camp spot I'm off running trails for the day. This is where the fridge will be nice if can have cold beers and leave my beer cooler at camp

    Sooo I just ordered an intermittent wiper switch for my truck mainly cause I wanted to see if my Amazon prime account is setup for cad or usd cause I can't remember and lots be honest I wanted the switch for like 3 years lol
