I need to get my 2003 Tacoma ready to ride in the town and I can't find led headlights and tail lights that are for the year model (which if you know where I could find some that would be great) and I need some ideas for more accessories which my truck is stock

Don't swap Halogen for LED unless you do proper projector retrofit. There aint LED bulbs invented yet, that would work in reflector type headlights designed for halogen bulbs.

I am "old man" myself :). I don't believe in improving anything that is mechanical in that truck, as I found the original parts as designed work well and are quite reliable. So I only do what is practical and non-essential to the drive itself. The lowest hanging fruit (at least for me) were:
    1. Radio upgrade with backup camera
    2. All around exterior LED (except headlights)
    3. All around interior LED

I did rear fog light and now I'm doing DRL but only because it is legal requirement here. I wish I could do a stealth LED bar (behind the grill) like I did for my 4Runner but I still did not find "correct" solution.

The other useful things to do (I did not to that yet) is gas spring lifted hood and under the hood LED light. My truck is quite old, so some day I might actually need to use it.

That's a truck from Relentless Fabrication to show off their bumpers/sliders. It has a 3" body lift plus a suspension lift. Be cautious with body lifts.

Do you know the person that drives that truck? I see it where I go to college all the time. I'm not a fan of the grill myself, but that's just me.
