Also "fabbed" up (hit with a hammer) an antenna mount- just got to run the coax thru the firewall tomorrow and then get it tuned

 

If I were you I wouldn't do the aal leaf I went that route.,,

Just want to put this info up here...I'll put it in the trail closure thread as well so it isn't lost so quickly. I met with the founders of Colorado Off Road Enterprise yesterday and they are doing a TON for maintaining the motorized travel in the Pike San Isabel National Forests. They are basically the missing link trying to get everyone to work together; the government along with all of the different usage groups to get together, play nice and keep everything open for everyone. They have just adopted 10 trails in the Buena Vista area and are working closely with the forest service to organize projects and cleanups to keep trails from being closed.

They are also working with the businesses of BV to put together a list of companies you should support when in the area that are actively helping make trails better for all.

Finally got my rear seat covers on! Started to rain so time for a beer!

 

Question: installing the rear aal from toytec and new shocks. The axle is dropped, the center bolt is taken out, trying to figure out if the aluminum shin goes in? Then use the c clamp to compress and rebolt correct? Does the shim go below the overload? There wasn't a shim to begin with.

I was up late last night cause a friend was in town. I was getting ready to leave the house for work at 5:30 after 3 hours of sleep when my boss texted me "you're working 8-5 this week" SO I COULD'VE SLEPT IN!

I love my sleep...

 

In case anyone was wondering what's "needed" for two adults, two dogs, and a toddler to go camping for 4 days. This is what it looks like. Heaven help me...
