I know I know. Luckily these look in good order. I put a note on the door to the garage that says EVERY 500. We don't have a rear stand so it makes it such a pain in the ass but that is no excuse. I've really got to stay on top of this and I'm ashamed I haven't. Especially since it involves the safety of my wife and I.

My uncle brews beer, and he makes one called "Feral Pig" that is 8% alcohol that'll put you on your ass. It's also the best beer I've ever had.

Nah my wife pilot's her own. We've never ridden 2 up. Hell she's been riding longer than I have. She had her first bike years before we even met. Her bike is the Duc Monster 696. I will be buying a rear stand soon. We have the sport chock by Baxley which is friggin awesome.

I'll have to look into that, but it's awesome your wife rides! My girls late father was a renouned mechanic that built a ama championship racebike, he later passed in the military. All of his pictures in the garage keeps me humble. But all of his tools helped me rebuild this salvage title bike. I had to replace the entire front triple forks breaks wheel blah blah.

That's pretty cool he built an ama racebike! I bet he's got everything you need and then some. They actually build the sport chock right up the road from where we live. I personally don't see how anyone transports a bike without one. I won't tell my wife you thought she rode bitch :fistbump::rofl::bikewheelie:

A track day at some point would be fun! It's finding the time that is the problem. Which is why we don't have race quads anymore. Hard to find the time when you have to Adult.

btw I'm kinda looking at a new way to work with this holster. question, is this plastic good to screw through or will it break? Instead of going OVER the cupholder, I think I'm going to pull the edge of the console out a little and bend the lip UNDER the edge. The little curve you have on it now (i think for the belt?) to keep it from coming back up worked pretty good. If I go on top of the cup holder though it pulls the whole holster off with the gun lol.

Hey guys, so I was just in Foley Alabama for 9 days visiting friends and to hang out on the beach in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. I must say that I didn't know anything about Alabama. It was an amazing weekend. I love the beach, sea food and I loved how it wasn't over priced like most coastal towns.

By the way Alabama was one of my most favorite Vacation's.

Sorry if this is in the BS thread but 1300 pages is a lot to look through.

Like every vacation I am always on the look out for Toyota's. I seen a bunch and most of them were modded. Probably some of ya'll. Whats the local install shop that some of you have do work? I have a friend out there that is interested in opening a Off-Road Shop.

Whats the Off-Roading life like? Here in Utah its paradise for Off Roading.

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed your visit.

Most of us folks are in North Alabama in lowest extreme of the Appalachians, so the topography is probably similar to Utah for most of us. The problem for us is that people have bought up most of the good riding land. It's slim pickin's.

I used to live in Mobile, across the bay from Foley and 'had' a beach house and condo in Gulf Shores. Spent many, many a weekend there through high school and college. It's a great getaway, for sure. That's a good introduction to Alabama. Probably it's best part, aside from the national parks and the 'big' cities like Birmingham, Mobile, and Huntsville. Montgomery sucks. Don't go there.

Most of the folks that have work done in the southern part of the state are going to their dealer, Steve's Off-Road, Truckin', or some other place on the Eastern Shore. I can't remember what it is called. I will say that Steve's and Truckin' are not well respected by people who actually like their vehicle, for what it's worth.
