    Nothing worthy

You're gonna want a 3/4" punch. Don't even bother cutting the spine of the weather stripping out. Makes for a tighter, cleaner install. Just take your time getting those holes marked exactly where they need to be.

    Yup. That's the plan.

I was asking if anyone has the holes measured up so it would save me a step.

    Yup!

I think my question was poorly worded.

Was looking for the pre-measure roof hole numbers.

    Thanks!

I can't remember where I seen it. But the best way I've seen so far is to expose the holes and use masking tape and a square to mark the center of each hole. Then reapply the weather strip and use your marks to mark the weather strip. If I get time later I'll try and dig up the info.

    No measurements, but tip:

    ~ Take stripping off
~ take off tape covering holes (2 front, 1 centre, 2 back)
~ put painters tape on roof adjacent to holes
~ with a speed square line holes up to tape, mark tape with felt centered to holes
    ~ re apply stripping
~ mark stripping with felt based on marks on tape using speed square
~ take stripping off, flip over and follow your felt mark to the back side.
~ again, don't saw off the metal spine
~ lay top down on solid wood surface (2x4) with like a cloth on it or something..
    ~ punch good and hard
~ perfect, clean hole (always a good thing...)

my experience anyways and its factory finish.
    Others may agree or disagree

This is indeed the best way.

Also. Use a heavy hammer. 3# minimum.

I have tried searching with no luck. Does anyone know the exact dimensions of the Rivnuts OR Plusnuts needed to install an AccessRac?
Currently not able to get an answer from @zscott

Anyone saw a post that someone here put a back up LED light on their Prinsu rack? I think I saw it yesterday but can't find it again.

Full size light bar as a back up light? Or smaller back up lights?

10-4. @Tsumara has some SR-Ms tucked up under the rearmost bar on his. He has better pictures of them installed. Hopefully he'll chime in.

So most of the screws on my cross bars are seized up, and now I can't shift the bars around. Will PB Blaster work on Aluminum?

We use it on aluminum all the time at work. The bolts are steel and have most likely corroded a good bit. Can always coat them with nev-r-seez or something similar.

Dynatrac ProRock 60 Rear Axle, that is important enough.
WaterPort mounted up on the shell.

Going to hopefully get the spare mounted up there as well to see fitment and everything.

Nice! How do pressurize the "tank"? Just done when filled with a garden hose? Wonder how long 3 gallons would last in a weekend...
